His journey began with a passion for developing strong and sustainable nursery centers, which laid the foundation for his success.
In 2005, driven by a deep understanding of shrimp culture and a commitment to quality, he established the hatchery division of Sri Srinivasa Hatcheries. Under his leadership, the business has grown from a single unit into a large-scale operation with five modern hatcheries, delivering 1500 million post-larvae (PL) annually.
Mr. Raju has always believed in adopting advanced maturation technology to ensure the best quality shrimp seed. His expertise, hands-on approach, and vision for excellence have made Sri Srinivasa Hatcheries a trusted choice among shrimp farmers.
